Next decide if you prefer nutrition counselling in person at our White Hall Office or via phone, Whatsapp Video, Zoom or Google Meet.

You can now join many of our clients who take advantage of virtual counselling. Rest assured, they are just as effective and you don’t even have to leave your home or office!

Book online and select a convenient time that fits your schedule or call our office at 425-8593. Remember to let us know which session is of interest to you and whether you’d like to receive counselling in-person or virtually.

After your appointment for the initial session is confirmed we will send you an intake evaluation form. The form is designed to give our team an in-depth picture of your needs and goals. Completing this form allows us to create a programme that best fits your needs.

Your meal plan arrives

Plan, budget and cook healthier meals

A few days after the initial session your personalized meal plan will arrive. The meal plan is designed to help you easily navigate your way through meals so you can get started on your way to reaching your goals.

You will also receive a variety of helpful tips and important guidelines to help you navigate tricky situations. You will receive recipes, too.

Each follow up session will last 30 minutes.

During this time, we will…

  • Evaluate your progress
  • Review food diaries
  • Work through any barriers
  • Introduce new strategies to help you move toward your goals.

Follow up sessions occur every two weeks. Email and messaging support are available between sessions.

Payment & Cancellations Policy

Payments

We accept payments for virtual sessions on booking confirmation via bank transfer.

We accept payments for in-person appointments by cash or cheque at the initial session or via bank transfer on booking confirmation.

Cancellations and rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify our offices at least 24 hours in advance.
